Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation
We accept returns within fourteen days of delivery. If you need to return seeds, please ensure they remain unopened and in their original packaging. Any complimentary items or gifts included in the purchase must also be returned. Kindly cover the cost of return postage and send items by recorded delivery to maintain proof of postage. Be sure to include your order number and contact details.
We do not accept returns for Pick and Mix Seeds. Once returned items have been inspected, refunds will be processed within seven days or sooner, and we will reach out via email if additional information is required.
Should you receive any product that has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear pictures of the damaged product, along with your order number. Once we have received these images and assessed them, we will arrange to send a replacement. In some cases, you may be asked to return the item, and if so, we will reimburse the return postage cost.
It is advisable to keep all original packaging in case any issues arise with your shipment. This helps us address any problems more effectively. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, we made an error, or the product arrived damaged.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel, please call us immediately. If you email your cancellation, there is a chance the order may already have been dispatched by the time your message is read, in which case cancellation might not be possible. If your order is successfully stopped, any refund will be processed to the same method of payment, which can take up to fifteen business days. We will not replace any products/process any claims 3 months after the order date.
For orders paid by bank wire transfer or cryptocurrency, we will require your banking or crypto details for the refund. We cannot take responsibility for any extra charges, fees, or exchange rate fluctuations that may occur if the order is canceled at the customer’s request.
We do not provide refunds for cash payments. If you paid by cash and wish to cancel, a store credit can be issued instead. Please be aware that certain goods are exempt from return under telesales law. Any requests for replacements or claims made more than three months after the original order date will not be honored.
