We ship using Canada Post.

3) Shipping Rates

• Regular Shipping: $10
• Express Shipping: $20

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you finalize payment.

4) Processing Time

5) Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary based on destination and Canada Post service levels. Regular and Express shipping are service options, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

6) Tracking

USA shipments may be subject to customs processing. Customs delays are outside our control. Any duties, taxes, or fees charged by customs are the customer’s responsibility.

9) Lost, Delayed, or Seized Packages

Once a package is accepted by Canada Post, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist with a carrier inquiry.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office first. If needed, we can help you open a claim with the carrier.
